Six entry strategy for entering into foreign market.
Ans- If a company decides to expand outside its domestic market and compete internationally. Expansion can be achieved via the following six strategies.
  1. Maintain a national production base and export goods to foreign market. Using
company owned o foreign controlled forward distribution channels.
  1. License foreign firm to use the company technology or to produce and distribute the company products.
  2. Employ a franchising strategy.
  3. Follow a multi country strategy.
  4. Follow a global strategy – using essentially the same competitive strategy approach in all country markets where the company has presence.
  5. Using strategic alliance or join venture with foreign companies.
